Who we are

What this website collects
- The booking form. Your name, preferred date and session. The website does not store them: when you press Book now they are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and they reach us only if you send that message. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own terms.
- Messages, calls and emails you send us. We use them to reply to you and arrange your appointment.
- Visit statistics. Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and show us which pages are read. It does not tell us who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- The map. The map at the bottom of each page comes from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies.
- Google reviews. When you scroll to the reviews on the home page, our website asks Google for the latest reviews, and your browser loads the reviewers' profile pictures from Google. These are reviews people posted publicly on Google Maps; we do not store them.
At the clinic
When you visit, we record the details we need to examine and care for your eyes, such as your name, contact details, age, eye history and examination results. We keep these records at the clinic so we can compare results on later visits.
We share your records only with your agreement, for example when we refer you to an eye doctor, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct personal data that is wrong or out of date
- stop using your personal data for a purpose you no longer agree to, unless we must keep it by law
